The Team

OVM is not about any one person, and while they are valuable tools, it isn’t about music or media.  We rejoice over every soul that we see saved in our services, however, our primary calling is to Christians.  You see, we feel strongly that we can win more souls to Christ indirectly than we ever could through direct services. For this reason, our ministry was founded with two main goals.

1. Encourage Christians to stand up for Christ, even when they are alone in their “wilderness”.

   Just like John the Baptist, we all live in our own “wilderness”. It may be a place of employment, a school or some other place you frequent, but there is always a special place God has placed us in to be a light for His kingdom.

   We ask that you join us in standing up as a representative for Jesus Christ in your every day life.  Let people know that you are different because of what He has done for us.
   It will not be easy, but it is our calling.  If we hide our light, we are useless as Christians.  Be a voice for Christ!

    

2. Unite Christians of all denominations as a single voice for Christ.

   At times it seems that there are as many Christian Denominations as there are blades
   of grass in a cow pasture. With all of these beliefs and divisions, it seems an undaunting task to attempt to unify the message of our Lord, but it CAN and HAS been done before.

   I’m sure you remember the saying “united we stand, divided we fall”, well – it’s true. If we don’t stand together, the enemy will defeat us. It takes the entire body of Christ standing together with one voice, one mission and one purpose.  We all may not agree with each other on every detail, but let us join together on one fact, Jesus Christ is Lord of all and worthy to be praised.  We are all different.  We have different styles of worship, different talents and even different interpretations of scripture. It is important, however, that we stand together on the absolutes and join the army of Christ. One voice, one message, one family!
